Tizian Cut 5

Tizian Cut 5 is suited to milling more than 20 different materials in dry as well as in wet milling procedures, e.g.:

- soft non-precious alloy
- aluminium oxide
- wax, carving materials
- PMMA-acrylics
- composites
- lithium disilicate
- and many more
The five axes of the system help the user face even the greatest challenges, such as milling undercuts or working with difficult insertion vectors.
Thanks to an automatic 8-fold tool changer and a work station with NC-controlled, automatic object rotation, the system can produce up to 45 units from one material without replacing the blank.
High-quality components (Jäger HF spindle) guarantee great precision and excellent results. Uploading STL-files from any source give the lab or milling center additional freedom. A license-free CAM software with 250 milling strategies - individually expandable - is available.
At this stage, Tizian Cut 5 already accommodates trend-setting technologies such as producing models and milling drill templates or metal frameworks.
