Pilot drill short 2.0 mm,
Total length: 33.5 mmDiameter: Ø 2.0 mm The IMPLA pilot drill will help you determine the planned implant length and insertion vector. You will find the according depth marks on the spiral drills which can be verified with the length mark keys of the surgery tray. The drill collar of the IMPLA pilot drill has been constructed to accommodate the IMPLA depth stops as an addition. The IMPLA depth stops will provide a mechanical depth stop when drilling into the jaw bone for an even higher level of safety in implantology. The drill collar of the IMPLA pilot drill as well as the according depth stop are color-coded. This facilitates a clear and easy handling.

Pilot drill 1.2 mm,
The pilot hole created by the marking drill in the bone guides the tip of the pilot drill which follows, and stops it slipping in difficult to reach areas, and in unfavourably shaped jaw ridges. The drill has laser markings matching the implant lengths and so can also be used as a pilot drill.

hex screwdriver long, width 1.2,
The required torque for the retaining screw is exerted with the help of the torque ratchet. This long version of the screwdriver can be used in jaws with teeth, in the anterior area. It has a 1.2 mm hexagon at the tip. A drilled hole for a safety cord is located in the turntable of the screwdriver grip.

Cylindrical (Hex Connection) 3.6/11.5 mm, sterile,
Whether it’s the upper or lower jaw, hard or soft bone - the IMPLA cylindrical implant is the answer to the everyday demands of implantology. The basic cylindrical shape is complemented by synchronous threading to the implant shoulder. In the same way, the surface of the cylindrical implant is sanded and etched to the implant shoulder. Alongside very good primary stability, even in cancellous bones, the cylindrical implant design gives you a high degree of flexibility. In particular, the insertion depth can be adapted very quickly by the surgeon. The self-tapping thread reduces the amount of surgery needed. Integrated Platform Switching ensures better preservation of the marginal bone. Benefits: Hex connection for rotation-secure connection between implant and abutment. Special micro-thread with a pitch of 0.8 mm for very high primary stability. Large Bone Lock for easy insertion and increased removal protection. Integrated Platform Switching to improve the soft tissue attachment. Self-tapping thread for a maximum level of surgical flexibility Microstructured, high-purity surface for optimal cell adaptation and safe osseointegration

Impression post 3.3 mm for open impression, Hex Connection incl. fixation screw long
Open Impression Technique The IMPLA impression posts are color-coded in line with the implant diameter and are equipped with a short or long fixing screw. The elongated section of the implant axis of the customized impression tray to be created must be perforated so that the fixing screw protrudes from the impression post. To secure the impression post in place, the fixing screw should be carefully hand-tightened both in the implant and on the laboratory implant using the 1.2 mm screwdriver.
